"This book has information that will refresh your memory and has a practice test to simulate the actual test. HOWEVER, I happen to have the 2017-2018 version and bought this book thinking it would have been updated....I was wrong. Not only is the 2017-2018 version and the 2019-2020 version the exact same book word for word, the 2019-2020 version has only ONE PRACTICE TEST compared to the 2017-2018 version which has TWO. Also the errors from the previous version weren’t fully corrected and there’s quite a few. All in all, the information here helps but I would highly suggest using another study guide as well. Seems like I’ll return this book and review the 2017-2018 version that I have."

- I just took the AFOQT a week ago and used this book for studying. The book is well written and has a lot to use but I found that it did not prepare me as well as I would have hoped. The practice test had questions that seemed a lot easier than what the actual test expects from you. I would not just use this book to prepare. My suggestion is to use this in conjunction with other training methods online or other books.

- Ready for that test
- I like how it outlines exactly what one needs to study to do well on the test. Everything is laid out manner-of-factly for all skill levels. I especially like the authors' invitation for constructive criticism. The first part of the book is a great refresher course on math, language arts and science in general, and then I like how they then delve into the mechanics of aircraft and physics to get potential applicants up to speed on specific Air Force information. The answer key to the practice test is well thought out and explains in detail why each answer is either correct or incorrect.
- Impressive study guide! This book is so detailed, I could not believe it. The volume alone told me it contained everything I needed to know. The print inside was nice and dark. Easy to read. All topics were thoroughly outlined and provided in great depth.

The study guide provides information from verbal analogies to aviation information. With a practice test with over 100 questions. I found this guide useful. I recommend buying if you are planning to take the AFOQT.
